While you wait appointments are available only Monday and Friday from 10am-5pm and also on Saturdays from 10am-2pm. Insurance Appraisals start at $75 and usually take 45mins-1hour. Items can be dropped at any time during the week.

Can't any jeweler appraise my jewelry?
Because, legally, anyone can perform appraisals, it's important to make sure you use someone with the proper qualifications. As a Graduate Jeweler Gemologist, Tito is professionally trained to identify and grade diamonds and colored gemstones.
How much does jewelry insurance cost?
Typically, insurance will cost $1 per $100 of jewelry value per year.
So an $8000 ring would cost $80 per year for a homeowners' insurance rider.
Well worth it. However, you would have to check with your insurance agent for specific costs of your policy. We can also recommend an insurance company.
What if don't want a written appraisal and just want a rough idea of value?
For a smaller fee, we would be more than happy to review your jewelry for you. Each item must be throughly examined and market research must be conducted, though, even to provide a 'guesstimate'
Some jewelry, the ring that belonged to your great-aunt Getrude, can never be replaced. Even if you don't think that you are going to insure your jewelry we can give tell you its worth to help you decided what to do with it.
I want to insure my jewelry, but I don't know if what I have is worth appraising?
Bring it all in at once. We can go through it and say this is worth the appraisal and this in not. Most insurance companies will only cover up to either $500 or $1000 of jewelry not with its own insurance rider.
